The wedding scene in Israel has long been recognized for being a leading wedding industry with plenty of professionals, unique wedding concepts and amazing design ideas. However, there is no doubt that one of the things we are truly proud of is the growing numbers of same-sex weddings and marriages that are happening here. With the peak of the Pride Week events in Tel Aviv, it's definitely an exciting time for us not only because it represents liberalism and progression - but because it takes us back to all the beautiful pride weddings that we hosted on the blog.

Although it may take some time until we'll be able to freely refer to "gay weddings" as just "weddings", in the meantime we can enjoy the major change in perception and acceptance that is taking place in Israel when it comes to the same-sex weddings scene. Just like any other wedding, it's an opportunity to think out of the box and showcase your personal touch as couple be it the design, the pictures or the ceremony itself, all with a sense of an 'equality balance' and lots of style.
