Have you ever heard about or read the 'Faraway Tree' book? Enid Blyton's original series of popular novels is beloved by millions of children all over the world. The story is about three children, Joe, Bessie, and Fanny, who want to discover a magical tree. In an enchanted forest grows a gigantic magical tree - the eponymous "Faraway Tree". The tree is so tall that its topmost branches reach into the clouds, and it is wide enough to contain small houses carved into its trunk. This book made a huge impression on Lorraine, the owner of the 'Ikat Bag', and she decided to create this mysterious tree out of cardboard for her children. She cut out the tree- shape and combined all the necessary parts together. To make the play more realistic, she created small figures. Her work has made a huge impression on us! The tree looks amazing!
