There's nothing more beautiful than the Italian architecture of Polignano a Mare and it's rustic charm lends itself perfectly to the elegant Italian bridal inspiration from Wedding Sparrow favourites Laura Murray Photography and Fine & Fleurie. Having worked with both Laura and Jessica from Fine & Fleurie we knew this inspiration would be special and it doesn't disappoint. The couture gowns by Santos Costura are divine and that collared cape?! We need one of those!

From Jessica: " This shoot took place in the magnificent cliff side city of Polignano a Mare, in the South of Italy. Our inspiration for this fashion shoot was drawn from the spirit of the artful and charming city, where every turn reveals sun-washed buildings and the architecture where old and new overlap to create an aesthetic that is decidedly classic and surprisingly modern at the same time. Our gowns are all meticulous creations of Spanish couturier Santos Costura. In following our theme of art & architecture each gown style played on elements of the local landscape: a two-piece ivory gown with lace top and chiffon skirt that plays on the patterns and florals we found around the city; a highly structured and more conservative long-sleeved beaded gown that pays homage to the deep religious roots of Italy; and lastly a soft ivory tulle gown whose true showpiece is a pearl-collared cape that danced in the ocean breeze."
