Is your indecisiveness about everything from the color scheme to the wedding theme not only driving you nuts, but your wedding planner and friends and family as well? Then it's time for an intervention! While it's super fun to flip through bridal magazines and browse Pinterest in search of new ideas, there comes a certain point when you just have to say, "I do" and commit to that. Otherwise, you're going to make yourself and everyone else around you, your fiancé included, miserable (trust us, we know from experience). So without further adieu, here's how to actually get things done:

Go with your gut.
It's what you were taught to do in school and the same rule certainly applies here. In fact, once you've told your wedding planner or vendor what you want, consider the matter finished, advises Sandy Malone, owner of Weddings in Vieques. "Changes should only be made if there's a serious problem or a lack of funds." Also, any final decisions should be discussed with your fiancé first, not after you've already put down a deposit. "And please don't torture your planner or pastry chef by verbalizing your entire thought process for the wedding cake only to finish your meeting by saying, 'I'm still not sure what I want.'"

Narrow down your options.
Love champagne, beige and cream-colored dresses for your bridesmaids? Then don't have them try on anything but neutral-colored dresses, suggests Karen Gramlich and Laura Booker of Winey Blonde Events Co. "If you see them in a different hue you may change your mind." It's simply not worth the stress of having to start back at square one.

Ask for advice.
Although asking your friends for advice can be a slippery slope, picking only one or two BFFs to go to for feedback can actually be extremely helpful. "If you trust their opinions, you should be able to move forward with a decision," says Greg Jenkins, founder of Bravo Productions. "Keep this network to a minimum however, as the more people you seek out for advice, the more indecisive you will be."

Look for patterns on your Pinterest board.
"If you're a bride using Pinterest to help you come up with the look and feel you like for your wedding, glance at your entire board and you'll easily find some similarities, whether in color, texture or design," points out Francesca DiSalvo-Follmer, owner of Pure Luxe Bride. This should help you arrive at a more informed decision you won't regret.

Then stop searching for inspiration.
Once you've finally made up your mind about flowers or figured out what type of invitations you want, clear out that specific search on Pinterest and move on. "You'll only drive yourself crazy second-guessing every little thing," warns event planner and designer Regina Osgood, owner of Meant2be Events.

Keep the big picture in mind.
Of course it's easier said than done, but honestly, what's the worst that could happen if you go with a less than perfect cake or save the dates? "So many brides get stressed out about these decisions. However, in the grand scheme of things, they're really insignificant if you're marrying the man of your dreams," reminds Florida-based wedding planner Aviva Samuels of Kiss The Planner. "Your friends and family love you and are just happy to be there with you celebrating. You are your harshest critic and it helps to remember that when faced with big decisions."

Reward yourself.
A surefire way to get stuff done in a timely manner, according to Jenkins? Practice the art of confidence building throughout the process and reward yourself for being decisive. "It could entail treating yourself to a manicure, afternoon at the spa or a movie," he explains. "By rewarding yourself for making a decision, you're more inclined to continue the pattern." Don't get crazy and blow money frivolously, but do treat yourself, even if it's to something free.

Let your wedding planner decide.
When all else fails, leave the decision in your wedding planner's hands. "They've done this many times over and can help make a decision for you based on years of experience," notes Florida Keys wedding planner Lynn D'Ascanio of D'Asigner Events. "If you don't have a wedding planner, you can hire one on an hourly basis to help guide you through difficult decisions."
