Much more to write about my nose surgery (septoplasty #2, scar tissue removal), but let's start with the fun stuff. I got to make my designer pilgrimage to @magnolia in Waco, TX! The vision of Chip and @joannagaines , this beautiful place did not disappoint. Gorgeous grounds, buildings and design items. Disregard my puffy face and swollen nose from surgery (and I have two huge nose splints in my nose! ). I conjured up the strength to see everything with @_matt_callan post-op... because I can't sit still. We ate lunch at the Silos, got baked goods at the bakery, a couple souvenirs at the Magnolia shop and even went to Magnolia Press for coffee and pastries. Everything was immaculately curated and all the treats were delicious. We even drove by a Fixer Upper home (the shotgun house). Even the hubby agreed that Magnolia was pretty awesome.
