How do you work with clients all across the US? - When you book us for calligraphy, you’re signing up for a streamlined process with fast & efficient communication along with the beautiful pointed-pen calligraphy. When you reach out, you’ll hear back directly from Alyssa to answer any questions regarding pricing, timing & process and to get you on the schedule. It’s easy to book online, even if you don’t know all the details yet, and we even have a live chat feature to get you immediate answers! - Once booked, Alyssa will confirm via email with the exact date we need everything in hand plus the address to ship your envelopes to ensure a timely turnaround. We also include a template for getting your mailing list organized. We check in as your date in our schedule nears to be sure everything is on track, then once it’s your turn in my queue, I’ll print out your list and order details, and personally sit down to work on your envelopes! We only have one calligrapher on staff, and it’s me!! - Once your envelopes are complete and dry, they are checked against your list by Caroline to ensure they are correct...a second set of eyes never hurt! And finally after any necessary edits are made by me, they are wrapped, packed and ready to ship out {or pick up if you’re local}. - Like I said, after 18 years of experience working with clients, we’ve truly streamlined things to make it as easy & stress-free as possible to get your dream calligraphy for your wedding or other special event!
