Eight years ago today, we woke up in Hawaii, watched the recaps of the Royal Wedding and prepared for our own big day. We had torrential downpour over our rehearsal dinner the night before, but miraculously the clouds stayed away on our wedding day and our celebration went splendidly. - I’m so glad I found Jeremy, my confidant and sometimes-travel buddy, a super-smart realist but sometimes even a wee bit whimsical, always my biggest fan and supporter - and that we’ve been able to spend 8 wonderful years married! - This year we celebrated by going to Santorini, Greece for @lyslaw’s birthday, but also as a little anniversary getaway ourselves. - Swipe right for a few of my faves from our wedding day itself. {planning @bethhelmstetter & wedding pics @stevesteinhardt}
