KT Merry

In the spring we travelled to Kyoto, Japan to capture the magic of Sakura. We arrived at the peak of the bloom when the flowers fell from the trees and dusted the ground like snow. It was amazing to witness and each spring I revisit the memory as I get ready to photograph the blossoms again, this year in New York. ⠀ While this image, created with @tulipinadesign and @duetweddings, doesn’t show the trees themselves, I still feel it captures the beauty of the brief bloom.
