This exquisite antique diamond engagement or wedding ring features a beautiful 18kt gold band set with a cluster of 9 mine cut diamonds and 2 diamonds on either side of the cluster. This amazingly beautiful ring is a true antique wedding ring that is in wonderful condition. Size 5 3/4. The 13 diamonds total .50 carats.
