La Femme 19747 Dress - Brand Prom Dresses

Love the dress! For the price it's a steal. However, based on reviews I was a little unsure of what size to get. For reference I'm 5'4, 34B and 116lbs and got a Small. It's a bit big on top and I have to make sure to occasionally lift it up but I think it's just the material.
