Dallas "Cowboys" Garter

Something new and something blue. One to keep and/or one to toss. Created with "Cowboys" ribbon and white lace. Centered w/ coordinating ribbons and beads. Please note that beading, lace or ribbon may be different, as I try to individualize each one, I do use the same number of beads and the same amount of lace & ribbon. The smaller garter is 2 1/2" wide, larger garter is 3 1/2" wide. The set includes one of each. Garters relaxed are 14” and stretch comfortably to 24"....
