Upcycled Deep Teal Prom Party Dress, Modern Size 8, Small

An upcycled, OOAK handmade dress, the deep teal velvet top was recycled from a damaged prom / party dress, while the lined skirt is new fabric. The top fastens with a hook and eye under the bow in the back. There is some sun damage to the inside lining of the top. It is approximately a size 8, please double check measurements.
