Wedding's are always interesting to me. There's a curious dynamic of love. You have the bride and groom who swoon over their fresh vows. Then the family who attends in support of their kin. The friends that encourage the newly weds in their new journey. Then you have the kind of love represented in this photograph. The love between a father and his child. Pure joy and trust. This little girl was dancing with her dad the entire night and she was laughing and giggling the whole time! It was one of the most precious things I had the pleasure of witnessing. By trusting that he wouldn't let her fall, the child was able to embrace the joy and love her father has for her. Something God's been teaching me lately is to trust Him with my all during this dance called life. There are times when it's a slow dance and I'm fantastically content with the direction He's taking me in, and sometimes it's an outrageous rager where I feel completely out of control and terrified (ragers are horrifying to me, okay?).
