Two tier class

I can take no credit for this cake, It was produced by Nicole who is 20 years old, who before our 2 day class had made a cake, had covered a cake and not been happy with the result. This weekend she learnt how to split, fill, crumb coat and cover. Make roses and flowers (something she had never done) and dowel and stack a cake and finish off with some piping. I think she may have a real future in cakes.
