Rustic Windswept Wedding Inspiration

Rustic Windswept Wedding Inspiration

Set in the back garden of the General Store at Ocean Beach in San Francisco, California, today's rustic wedding inspiration is a bit different than the norm and totally + completely beautiful. Styled by Gillian Shenon Event Production with paper goods + florals by Found and Created, we are loving the picturesque, windswept scene captured by photographer, Josh Gruetzmacher, and think it'll provide plenty of inspiration for couples planning a simple and sweet wedding day.

Gillian shares, We set a table without the usual "wedding flowers" and instead used clippings from my vintage apple tree along with dried fruits and chestnuts from the Marin Farmers Market. A collection of cakes, adorned with the fruits and nuts, completed the table settling. We implemented an unusual color scheme of greys and a soft peach into salmon. A local Marin sewer, Molly, provided the cloth napkins, dyed with loquat leaves. We used pottery created and thrown by Molly's sister, Colleen.

An off-the-shoulder Daughters Of Simone wedding dress was perfect for the relaxed occasion and we are just completely wowed by that bouquet! It's filled with rustic foliage, pampas grass, roses and poppies.

Pretty dripping watercolor + imperfect gold foil - we couldn't love this paper suite more!

We bet these cakes, by Rachel Pankonin, taste as good as they look!

A huge thank you to the talented team below for sharing their work with us today!
