Colorful, Anthropologie-Inspired Wedding: Courtney + Tim

Colorful, Anthropologie-Inspired Wedding: Courtney + Tim

Anything "Anthropologie-inspired" is sure to grab our attention, and today's colorful, artsy wedding celebration, captured by Lauren Fair Photography, is undoubtably no exception at all. Courtney + Tim tied the knot at Rodale Institute in Kutztown, Pennsylvania, and loved that the grounds offered limitless opportunities for customization and photo-ops. They wanted a casual indoor/outdoor environment that would allow their guests to enjoy the breathtaking panoramic Pennsylvania views and they worked with Belovely to fill the setting with brightly-hued blooms and a fun, festive vibe.

Courtney says, We created a loose and exciting atmosphere during the reception by having the large barn doors to remain open so the decor inside seamlessly flowed out to the breathtaking panoramic views of the setting sun and rolling hills. Our guests were encouraged to explore the grounds or play some of the fun hand made yard games put together by Tim and his Groomsmen. The inside was adorned with large brightly colored yarn tassels draped over the old barn beams as well as several 15 ft. macramé hanging baskets (by Macrame Design) with copper accents bursting with florals of deep reds, pinks, oranges and green...

Courtney told us she has an unhealthy obsession with having photos taken in and in front of large geodome shaped greenhouses, so this adorable capture above was one of her + Tim's faves!

Loving that crystal headband? (Us, too!) It's the Daughter of the Day crown by Elemental Child.

C's bridesmaids looked gorgeous in Joanna August's blush 'Polly Dress' purchased from BHLDN.

Our ceremony took place on the Rodale grounds in front of a large Sugar Maple Tree. Draped in the tree was a large green garland with floral accents (the same flowers were used throughout the entire wedding) and some large vases garnished with flowers (all vases purchased at home goods and spray painted copper by the bride). We rented our ceremony benches from Maggpie Vintage a local rental company in Philadelphia, we chose to rent the long wooden jack benches. (All directional signs and additional signage was hand crafted by the groom and hand painted by Julie Thompson a local artist in Philadelphia).

Behind the bride and groom's sweetheart table hung a large yarn display that really added a wow-factor to the space.
