Located in the heart of the Cotswolds, within 200 acres of farmland, woodland, meadows and streams sits this very beautiful and unique woodland and wildflower meadow wedding venue in Gloucestershire. When in season Primrose and Bluebell wild flowers are in abundance and nothing but the countryside surrounds you.

WildWood Bluebell offers you the rare opportunity to create the perfect outdoor festival wedding in a completely private and natural setting. There is an ancient woodland ceremony area complete with a handmade willow heart arch and a wildflower meadow with ample space to pitch a giant hat tipi or vintage style marquee. Camping is available for BYO tents and the venue also offers glamping and barn accommodation for up to 34 people.

There is a mowed games pitch already set up within the meadow so if you wanted to put on a game of rounders, cricket, football or welly wagging then this space is perfect. There is also a Hobbit Hut complete with an indoor fire pit which would make the perfect place for a chill out lounge or even as a space for your own DIY photobooth.

A short walk from the meadow you will find a natural path that leads into the woods where you and your guests can explore the wildlife, enjoy walks along the stream and spot the wild honeysuckle dripping from the trees.

This beautiful outdoor wedding venue really does have it all. It's entirely yours for the duration of your event and, unless they are invited, you will not see another living sole whilst you're there.

This is a place you can completely make your own for the entire wedding weekend. It also offers your guests the chance to immerse themselves in nature and escape their day to day busy lives.

Hire Fee for 2016/17 is £2000 and includes the following:

• Exclusive Use of The Woodland, Willow Heart Ceremony Area, Meadow and Surrounding Fields
• Up to 150 Guests
• Outdoor Fire Pit
• Hobbit Hut with Indoor Fire Pit and Indian Style Tent for Chill Out Area
• Unlimited Parking
• Amplified Music until 1am (later for acoustic)

Standard Hire Period: 4pm Friday - 6pm Sunday

Late check out for wedding party only : 11am Monday

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking
• This venue is not licensed for legal ceremonies
• Guests can arrange their own drinks with no corkage fee
• In-House Catering is available. Guests can also arrange their own suppliers
• No pets allowed
• Optional Barn and Garden Hire as an additional extra to the main venue - £950. Please see images below.

• Munday's Meadow Bell Tents (sleeps 20) - £2,250

This gorgeous traditional Cotswold stone barn offers self-catering cottage accommodation for 5 people and is just a short walk from the main venue. This is an excellent place for the bride and her bridesmaids to use the morning of the wedding as well as alternative accommodation for guests who do not wish to camp.

The large downstairs area can also be used for smaller weddings and can seat up to 50 guests.

This private meadow is home to Bluebell, Daisy, Foxglove and Clover - four gorgeously furnished Lotus Belle Tents that can sleep up to four guests per tent, and Blossom and Sky - two baby bell tents for two guests per tent. This private camp is situated in the wedding wildflower meadow so you can create your very own festival camping village.

The tents come complete with fairy lights, lanterns, handmade cushions, and a grass like carpet, following the wildflower theme that gives the tents their names.

There is a large wooden deck with comfy outdoor sofas and a covered kitchen area for cooking with a double gas ring hob and all pots, pans and kitchen essentials provided.

A two minute walk will take you to the washing facilities and you may even have the ponies Tobin, Granny Bel and Scarab join you!

Lima and Posy are the names of the very cool and very quirky Shepherds huts. Situated in The Bluebell Wood, they each come with their own private woodland space and covered kitchen. They also share washing facilities which include a hot outdoor safari shower under a grand oak tree.

Price includes bed linen, towels, duvets and pillows as well as basics for cooking (coffee, tea, herbs, cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, glasses and cutlery.)
