Beautiful Fine Art Wedding Inspiration from Greece

Today's styled shoot has new levels of gorgeous inspiration for couples considering a destination, fine art, or intimate wedding day, that's steeped in romance.

Captured by Alexis Rose Photography, as part of a Boheme Workshop with Vasia Photography and Artiese Studios, this shoot doesn't just harness acclaimed fine art photography talent, with styling by Tahnee Sanders of Celsia Floral, it features the skills of amazing US and local vendors too.

And the results? Unabashed beauty, creativity, and all 'round dreaminess.

Taking us all the way to the iconic Peloponnese in Greece, this shoot conjures up an almost mythical feel, with sparkling blue hues, white blooms, Grecian foliage, and an ancient backdrop.

It might inspire you to go all out with your something blue, (this dress is breath-taking!), to opt for an outdoor supper, to choose calligraphy stationery, to google fine art photographers, to look for somewhere historic as your wedding venue, or perhaps even to head to Greece for your honeymoon.

Either way though, we know it will inspire you!

Let's hear a little more about this very special shoot from the lovely lady behind the lens, Alexis Rose Photography ...

About the Shoot

At the recent Boheme Workshop in southern Greece, I was lucky to photograph this ethereal castle wedding shoot inspired by the Greek goddess Mnemosyne, the goddess of memory and remembrance.

We shot at the hauntingly beautiful Methoni Castle, and we aimed to invoke memories, as if we were catching a glimpse of the stories that once took place between those castle walls. Our bride's makeup was kept soft and romantic, while her nearly sheer gown made her seem almost ghostlike as the delicate train blew in the wind. The three-tier cake had breathy watercolor strokes on the second tier - a design element that was echoed in the gentle but sweeping calligraphy of the invitations. I hope it inspires Bridal Musings' brides with its ethereal styling, one of a kind venue, and (hey, I'll say it) gorgeous photography!

Isn't it just stunning? It looks like such a special location, that dress is ridiculously gorgeous, and I just adore the table styling (I've a real soft spot for tall candlesticks!)

Thanks so much to Alexis Rose Photography, and all the team from Boheme Workshops and behind the shoot, for sharing this beautiful wedding inspiration with us.
