Looking out over vistas of perfectly manicured greens towards bushland the surroundings provide plenty of stunning photo opportunities. The relaxed atmosphere in grandly proportioned rooms with wrap around verandahs, walkways covered in wisteria, and manicured gardens give you plenty of options for personalising your ceremony and reception.

What can we find you eating for breakfast on a Sunday morning?

A Poached egg on sourdough spelt toast, with Sue's Coriander Pesto, organic tomatoes, Nimbin cheese, home grown flat leaf parsley, Himalayan rock salt and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Yumm!

Your favourite wedding story?

Perhaps it's the performer in me but a flash mob proposal will get me smiling every time!
