Milliner and headpieces designer, Tami Bar-Lev, came out with a new collection of bridal headpieces sweetly named - I HEART PISTACHIO. The collection is full of beautiful art works that will decorate the brides' heads this coming wedding season and according to Tami, it's all about her small loves and hidden obsessions.

Tami's hair accessories have not only become a byword in Israel, but are now recognized abroad as her pieces were displayed on the models' heads when they walked the runway at the Mira Zwillinger's show during the Bridal Fashion Week in New York. We believe that this collection is going to be a real hit among brides who are looking to upgrade their look with a little but unique twist.

The collection is inspired by the different stages of the wedding planning when you search for that personal statement with inspiration boards, a mix of visual elements and a never-ending hunt for the perfect color pallet. Sounds familiar? All this mixing of different elements consolidates into one single and cohesive collection, with bright shades and pastel colors all surrounded in such a sugary atmosphere.

The combination of shades of white and cream and pistachio and mint offer a festive look that matches our upcoming summer wedding season. There is an extensive use of flowers and roses in particular, as a decoration and as a brush painting in various shades of pink.

Among the materials that Tami uses we can find velvet, lace, silk, felt decorated by beads, sequins, pearls, precious stones and Swarovski.

We loved the headpieces which are filled with tons of presence, such as a combination of elements of raspberry and pistachio in a bombastic and amusing look but colored in subtle and pleasant colors. Alongside the statement pieces we found 'quieter' works for those brides who look for a sparkly little twist for their special wedding look.
