Here's how to make this one work for you:

1. Download the PDF template
2. Open the PDF in Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, or any graphics program that you have which will open and edit a PDF (here are some more options)
3. Add in your names and date as shown in the image, and then print it on the paper color of your choice
4. Frame it, matte it, or leave it as-is alongside some stamp pads, and you've got yourself a guestbook you can keep on your wall forever
