For today's real wedding we are off to the beautiful South of France for a luxury styled wedding at Hotel du Cap Eden Roc of Alexandra and Thomas. The French Riviera is blessed with many stunning wedding venue locations, but Hotel du Cap Eden Roc is one that you might have heard off, being the favourite of celebrities such as Brand and Angelina, when visiting to the area.
Today's international couple based in London, met whilst working for the same company but started their wedding story off in true style, with Thomas proposing to Ali during a surprise weekend in Italy. Following the engagement Ali knew that they would get married on the French Riviera, in Cap d'Antibes where her parents own a beautiful villa.
Ali's mom contacted planners Eternal Event, to discuss how to make the dream wedding come true. Maryne from Eternal Event takes us through the planning journey and big day. Maryne: " We arranged an appointment in Antibes and I met the whole family, where we discussed what they had in mind and how I could assist them. This is how the planning started. During 8 months, we exchanged hundreds of emails, met several times to plan this beautiful day and leave no details behind.

On the wedding day, Ali, her mom and her bridesmaid went to Dessange in Antibes to have their hair and make up done. They then returned to the Eden Roc to get dressed. Whilst girls were having a good time, Thomas, Ali's father and their relatives were playing tennis at the Eden Roc before getting ready. In the early afternoon, 3 coaches picked upthe guests at the Eden Roc to drive them to the Anglican Church in Nice. Ali and her father reached the church in a beautiful Ghost Rols Royce. They both entered the church while the choir and the organist sang/played Zadock the Priest. It was a very emotional moment for bride, groom and their guests. After the ceremony, all the guests were driven to Nice Port to take a boat especially privatized for the occasion. They cruised from Nice to Antibes, and had cocktail on board. A memorable moment for the couple and their guests. Once they reached Antibes Galice port, Ali & Thomas drove to the Eden Roc in the authentic Grace Kelly car (to catch a thief). They were followed to by their guests. ;)

Reception took place at the prestigious Eden Roc hotel which had been privatized for the occasion. A quartet played during cocktail, then a band had been hired for dinner and party."
