Weddings like Mollie and Lee's make my job so fun and exciting. From start to finish, this submission is pure style and pure joy and SO much fun. Just look at all of these gorgeous details! They were all done by Mollie and done on a tight, recent college grad budget.

Mollie and Lee met in college while attending Auburn University. During Mollie's last semesters, she cut, sowed, glued, painted - you name it! - her wedding details as they were on a very strict budget. It was the perfect park wedding in the middle of Nowhere, Alabama. The covered bridge and vibrant summer colors made it a very family-like atmosphere.

I'll say this over and over, friends, a great location can save you thousands of dollars on decor. Using what nature (or your local park service or city's architectural gems) provides as a backdrop for your big day is also a smart and lovely way to incorporate local color and full of hometown goodness. (Oh, that covered bridge Mollie and Lee used in their photos is awesome!)
