Modern Museum Wedding In Navy and White

Modern Museum Wedding In Navy and White

Our next bride has a love for Kate Spade and Modern Art, she managed to incorporate both into her special day. As you will soon discover the result is quite a show stopper.

From start to finish the wedding had an undeniably cohesive look and fee. From the bridesmaids navy dresses, to the coordinated ring bearers. The Graceful Host thoughtfully planned every detail, and every moment was beautifully captured by Lauren Rosenau Photography. Don't miss a single detail, you simply must see all the images in the full gallery here.

Photographic Memories

How cute is this bridal party photo idea?! Each of the bridesmaids hold up a chalkboard of when and how they know the bride. Super fun!

From the Bride: Vendors that helped us remember the day were very important, so spending money on a photographer and videographer was a no brainer. While there are so many people out there who can take pictures, only top notch photographers and videographers can capture the emotion and excitement that unfolded throughout the day. These great photographers and videographers are worth their weight in gold!

Kate Spade We Heart You

From The Graceful Host: Katie and Eric were married on a gorgeous day in April at the Mint Museum Uptown in Charlotte, North Carolina. The bride has a love of all things Kate Spade, so we wanted to incorporate aspects of Kate Spade style into our design - the hanging geometric lamp shades and geometric table runners. We created a clean and simple wedding with fun and flirty elements - unique flowers like green trick and hanging gold frames.

Personalize Your Party

From the Bride:
While planning the wedding, I wanted to make sure that our wedding was a day that was a reflection of Eric and I as a couple. That doesn't mean monograms and names everywhere, though I do love a good monogram. Instead it means a venue with meaning or significance (at an art museum in Charlotte), favorite things (Eric's favorite cake flavors), surprises (signature drink popsicles), and a reception that leave guests saying "Wow, that was Katie and Eric to a T."
