When I was little one of my dreams was to have a dollhouse. Once I even wrote a letter to Santa to bring me one, but times were different and dollhouses weren't so easily available so my dad used all his skills to build a mini carton house for me.

Now it's my son's turn, but what he wants is a Treehouse. The dream will be much more difficult to fulfill for me than it was for my dad. I think I'll start with bringing some outdoor adventure home, and we'll build a Toy Treehouse. I found a neat tutorial on how to build it on 'Adventure In A Box', there are a lot of supplies and tools we need, so getting ready to start the project is already an adventure. We've gathered some branches from under the freshly fallen snow, and we're on our way to the cellar to get the tools. Keep your fingers crossed for our tree house mission!
