How to Make Mini Gingerbread House - Cooking - Handimania

Each season has its tastes and aromas. And if you ask me to choose one for winter, I'd definitely go for the smell of ginger and cloves. I should admit I already started the aromatic season with Boiling Spices, back in autumn when my runny nose grounded me at home. However, when it comes to tastes, they aren't too far from aroma choices, after all, these are our noses which know first if we gonna like the dish or not.

So looking at the ingredients, you've probably guessed that I opt for gingerbread which, for me, is an inseparable part of winter desserts. And now it's high time I encouraged all 'Hansel and Gretel' fans to save some time before Christmas and get ready to bake Mini Gingerbread House. Making gingerbread house isn't a simple task to do, so after my extensive research, I finally found the perfect recipe on 'Not Martha'. Megan, who is the owner of the blog, came up with a tiny version of the 3D cookie which can be perched on the edge of a mug. A few steps must be followed and you get a lovely treat to have with hot chocolate or coffee.

I haven't tried the idea yet, but I find it brilliant. If you have any experience in assembling similar gingerbread houses, you can leave the hints below!
