Among all Christmas DIY's (the Internet is full of them now) I found the great, all-year home decoration. I understand that autumn and winter favor festive and snowy decor, but if you want to create something more universal, you may be interested in this tutorial. On the other hand, you can use Christmas lights and make these flowers when Holiday will pass by.

Steph Hung one of the authors on 'Oh Happy Day' described an easy way of turning ordinary string lights into a flower lighting garland. The method is quite simple; you need to cut cupcake papers in different colors. If you want to make it less colored, use white cupcakes.
