Did you know that Pavlova is a dessert created to honored great Russian ballet dancer Anna Pavlova? It's still not sure who were the genuine authors New Zealanders or Australians; most sources say that first ones. They were so delighted with her performances that they decided to make this sweet piece of art in her honor.
