My fiancé and I are massive Dungeons & Dragons nerds. We decided for our wedding to have an " adventuring party" instead of bridesmaids and groomsmen. It contains four lovely ladies and two dashing dudes.

We are having a Medieval-themed wedding to show our love on Renaissance Faires, sword fighting, and table top role-playing games. So I designed and made DIY scrolls (with help from my mom) and my fiancé wrote the poem, to invite our friends to be our adventuring party.

The poem Reads:

Through dungeons deep and forests old.

Jess and Andrew will join the fold.

of couples married and together bound.

with friends and family all around.

But the quest is to great, the right not a clone.

So please accept - tis dangerous to go alone.

We need adventurers wise, swift, and hearty!

And so we ask - will you join our party?
