When I was in the kindergarten my grandma sewed a gray flaxen bag for my slippers. Flaxen was the only fabric accessible at that time. The bag looked more or less like The Foldover Tote. The material was natural, however, the colour itself wasn't very attractive for a little child that's why my grandma embroidered a big red toadstool on it. It's time I made a bag for my daughter.

Embroidery is beautiful art but unfortunately, I don't have enough patience. Taking this into account I started looking for some sew-your-bag designs. A great DIY-enthusiast Ashley of Make It And Love It came up with a pretty, colourful Fabric Fishy Purse which will be ideal for my kid. This project requires much effort but I think it's worth trying.
