Good morning you gorgeous lot! By jove, have we got some pretty for you this morning in the form of Hannah and Shaun's big day courtesy of David Jenkins Photography. Actually scrap that, this wedding isn't just pretty...it's a BEAUTY.

There are hot maids in off the shoulder neutral dresses (off the shoulder is having such a moment right now and I for one LOVE it!), decadent bouquets filled with creamy peonies and plenty of dapper men in Kilts for the Scottish ladies out there! In fact there are three generations of men in the 'Malcolm' tartan if we're going to be specific about it - I for one am very impressed.

Oh and there's the delicious illustrated menus, the AMAZING cakes and the sassy group shots. I promise you that you'll love it all!

Hannah The Bride: We wanted our day to reflect our happy relationship and include personal touches from friends and family. I wanted to wear something relaxed, romantic and ethereal like the Cotswold countryside and opted for a bohemian inspired dress by Jesus Peiro. Shaun wore the Malcolm family tartan along with three generations of 'Malcolm' guests.

We married at Merriscourt, a stone's throw from where I went to school, nestled in our favorite part of the countryside. The barn felt like the perfect place to host a Scottish ceilidh in the Cotswolds.

I opted for English garden flowers with lots of loose foliage, peppered with camomile daisies and Scottish thistles. My mum and I had lots of fun deciding on the scheme and flowers.

I wanted to find a bridesmaid dress to suit everyone. They all looked so beautiful. My little sister wore a dress I found in Miss Selfridge and the flower girls and page boys wore Monsoon. The groomsmen wore their own family tartans.

We married in St Leonard's, Bledington. We had a reading by Shaun's mum whilst our friend Kajal read and wrote a poem for us entitled the 'The sea and the forest'.

One of Shaun's Groomsman, Grant, played the bagpipes throughout the day and escorted us into the dining room whilst my dad raised a toast to our marriage by opening a bottle of champagne which he saved since my christening 30 years ago.

Licence to Ceilidh started the party with everyone dancing together with Scottish spirit. The party continued with a lively playlist crafted by Shaun and his groomsmen. For our last dance of the evening, we were surrounded by all our wedding guest linking arms singing the Bonnie Banks O'Loch Lomond. We felt so happy. One of our highlights.

Our cake was baked by my friend Sarah and decorated with flowers picked from the garden that morning. David Jenkins the photographer was really great and relaxed. He captured pictures that paint a thousand words for us.

We didn't have a videographer but discovered a number of our guests had arranged to capture footage of the day and later create a now treasured short film. Our stationery illustrations were bought to life with animation as our most precious memories were woven together over an amazing soundtrack.
