Laura and Garrett's yummy pie table was a collaborative baking effort between Laura's mom, sister, aunt, and good friend, Katie. But our favorite part is that their favors were little handmade books containing the recipes for all of the pies!

We've seen mini pie favors before, but we haven't seen mini pie recipe favors until now. Here's how Laura made these books...

Four people made all of these pies: my Mom, my sister, my aunt, and my good friend Katie (who made 15+ pies on her own!). So my wedding favors were hand-made mini recipe books, that held all the recipes of the pies.

I designed my recipe books all in Word, and printed over 500 of these mini pages. Then I hand-punched the holes, and bound them with the binding rings. On the inside front cover (not pictured) I added a little gold fork and spoon stamp to each one. Then they were displayed in this vintage suitcase at the wedding.

This was definitely the most time-consuming of all the wedding projects, but turned out so perfectly.

Just think of all the ways you could use this idea: share recipes from any of your wedding goodies, feature yours and your newly-married partner's favorite recipes, or use these as your bridal shower favors.
