We're kicking off the week with a trip across the pond for an elegant wedding at London's Royal Opera House, with tons of frame-worthy shots from photographer Ann-Kathrin Koch. As the bride says: "I still look at our photos nearly every day and they still make me smile every time still, without fail. I think Ann has perfectly captured what an amazing day we had. I'm so, so pleased we chose to work with her. The difficult part is choosing which ones to print and frame!"

Bridesmaids wore long, peach-colored dresses from Topshop.

"We loved every minute of the whole ceremony," says Vicky. "We had four readings and four hymns, which lots of people told us was too many, but we wanted to get as many people involved as possible and these moments are still so important to both of us."

"I wore a hair piece from Gillian Million. This was one of the first things I bought for the wedding, but right up until the last minute I wasn't sure if I was going to wear it. I'm so pleased I did in the end.""We didn't really have a color scheme or theme as such. We had a few ideas from the beginning that we knew we wanted to include, and with everything we else we just picked what we liked. Although it ended up with lots of ivory and white - quite vintage and classic, I suppose."

Why did you choose this location for your wedding? We got married at St Clement Danes Church on The Strand, London. It was important to us to get married somewhere that really meant something, and my father has recently retired from the Air Force, after serving for over forty years, so we were in the lucky position of qualifying to be married there. After we saw St Clements for the first time, we both fell in love and knew we had to get married there. // We had our reception at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden. Again, this was a dream come true for both of us. Once we decided to get married in London, we knew we wanted somewhere that captured the heart of the city and felt truly urban. As soon as we saw the incredible Paul Hamlyn Hall, the beautiful views from the terrace and the amazing auditorium we knew this was the place.

What was your favorite moment or part of the day? One of my favorite moments from the whole day was the trip in the car from the church to the Royal Opera House with my new husband! If we'd taken the most direct route we'd have been there in less than a minute. Instead, we asked our driver to take us on a bit of drive, we got stuck in awful traffic as lots of roads were closed in London that day, but spent the whole time laughing and chatting about just how amazing the day had been already!

Tell us about your bridal style. I found choosing a dress really hard! I never experienced that 'moment' that everyone talks about, but after dozens of dress appointments I found a dress I loved in Allison Jayne wedding boutique in Bristol. I wanted to feel special and bridal, but still feel like myself and be comfortable enough to have a really good time on the day. A long-sleeved dress probably wasn't the most practical thing for a wedding in the peak of summer, but the Dalton dress by Maggie Sottero felt like me as soon as I tried it on. My husband owns his own shoe business, Butterfly Twists, so I was in the lucky position of having my wedding shoes (and the shoes for all my bridesmaids) designed and handmade, just for me.

Is there anything else that helps tell the story of the day? We had a band - Fil Straughan and Strong Sensations. Emmanuel and I had first seen Fil perform about six years earlier at a charity event - we both loved him immediately, and Emmanuel always said from that moment he knew he wanted Fil to perform at our wedding. Fil is such a huge character. He really helped make the party part of our day what it was. He performed three sets, but even when he wasn't singing he was on the dance floor with the rest of the guests getting down to the music! For our first dance we had a Nigerian song - Beautiful Onyinye by P Square. Fil learnt it especially for our day and performed it amazingly.
