Top photographer Quintin Mills is sharing Nicole & Leonard's Urban Chic Wedding with us. This Turbine Hall wedding combined a couple who just adored each other, 2 stretch hummers, a Camaro, a Ferrari, great venue and a beautiful church. Nicole was very excited about her dress - she had seen a picture of what she wanted but eventually had to have it made. With more detail on it than I'd ever seen before it was quite a showstopper. It even managed to eclipse Leonard's socks. She also did not have a bouquet, instead she chose a rosary with huge beads. The streets of Joburg was the location for the bridal party and couple shoot. As usual the mix of taxi hooters, pedestrians and Metro cops was the order of the day.

We are both big soccer fans, so when we were on holiday in Durban we were super excited to visit the Moses Mabhida Stadium. We did a tour of the stadium and then got on the cart and went to the top of the stadium, where we were over looking Durban, a truly magnificent view. This was when I tapped Nicole on the shoulder and as she turned to look at me, I was down on one knee, and popped the question. Nicole was so surprised that she just hugged me, so I had to ask "... And?" ... She replied "Yes, of course" it was truly an amazing moment.

The most memorable moment was when our eyes met as I was walking down the aisle. At that moment we knew that this would be the best moment of our lives and at each other's side we could conquer the world.

{My Fair Wedding} - Describe an event that you feel was unique

It was an incredible day, it was exactly what we had dreamed of and more. The most important thing for us during the whole process of planning our wedding was to combine both our worlds into one. Our day was a representation of both of us becoming one.

Nothing that I can recall. I am controlled and easily find solutions for every issue. So everything was told openly and handled throughout the preparation.

Our only advice is to really enjoy the process from start to finish. Do not stress yourself out over the little things that go wrong because it will all work out in the end. If you stress too much you'll miss all the good and the memorable parts. We made a rule from the beginning that what ever comes our way we would be open minded and figure it out together because if it doesn't work out it was not meant to be. You'll find something better if you are patient enough to look for it. Everything will work out exactly as it should in the end:)
