I found registering for our wedding one of the most exciting parts of planning ... I mean, it's like shopping without having to pay for any of it right away!!!! I also am a firm believer in registering someplace where you would only shop as a splurge ... a place where every time you walk by, you think "I'm gonna save up for that..." ... because why would you register somewhere you shop all the time!!?? I ended up registering at 3 places and one of them was Williams-Sonoma. How can you NOT want everything that store has to offer!!?? The options are endless and their pieces make your kitchen look like FUN to cook in!

I still use EVERY gift we received from Williams-Sonoma and I wanted to share my top 10 favorite items with you, my adored readers :) These items range from ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to just nice to have around ... ready??? Here we go!

XO~ Heather

Below you will find 3 items that I use multiple times a day .. and I'm not even passionate about cooking ... the Wüsthof Classic knives in this set have specially formulated high-carbon-steel blades that hold a keen edge ... I use the scissors in the set for sooooo many things, and of course the knives will last you your entire marriage (so, for life ... obviously!!). The Williams-Sonoma striped towels are awesome for a few reasons .... first, they have a textured feel, so they will easily dry any surface quickly. Ever notice how if a towel is too soft it just ends up moving the water, rather than actually sopping it up? I also love the stripes, so chic and timeless, and they come in an array of gorgeous colors! We chose to register for the red and white ... this was over 6 years ago and they are still in perfect condition!! Srsly, no joke. And now, onto what I use THE MOST ... the Melamine Stacking Bowls, which come in a set of 3. I love that they have a 'pour spout' and an edge for holding onto ... I love tossing salds in them, I love that mine are pink, I love mixing eggs in them and pouring them from the bowls directly into the pan without making a mess, I love that they wash easily, I love that they come in 3 perfect sizes ... I just LOVE them!!!!!

Moving onto the next Williams-Sonoma registry items that I adored ... these 4 items are awesome to have around and you will also use them EVERY DAY. If you are like me, you will make a mess while you cook ... and that mess will usually end up ruining your favorite Nordstrom outfit. So, you'll need an apron. I love the Williams-Sonoma Seasonal Striped Apron ... and as you can see, it matches the towels we picked out above ;) I hate nothing more than a glass that feels like it could break if you grasp it too tightly. I need heavy glass that feels solid. Which is why I love the Essentials Tumblers, which come in a set of 4. They are classic, a good size, and will serve you well. If you like to use non-stick pans like I do, you will need some Silicone Spatulas ... and if you cook like I do, very disorganized, you will need multiple sizes. I love that Williams-Sonoma has tons of options and I have shown that they also come in chic colors below! Before I became gluten-free, I was a huge waffle maker, and I still love to make waffles for my kids (and I guess if I ever find a gluten-free waffle recipe that I actually enjoy, I can make those for myself) ... going back to that 'not so passionate about cooking' thing, I love the Breville Smart Waffle Maker because it beeps at you when the waffles are perfectly cooked ... no lifting to see if the center is cooked, only to realize it's gooey and now a mess ... you just pour the batter from your beautiful Melamine Stacking Bowls, close the lid, sip your coffee and wait for that beautiful beeping sound.

OMG, the Le Creuset Signature Cast-Iron Round Dutch Oven ... isn't it beautiful!!?? Not only is it beautiful, but it's necessary. What don't I use it for!!?? Well, I guess I don't use it to make waffles ... but for everything else, it's perfection! This Dutch oven is designed specifically to enhance slow-cooking by heating evenly and locking in moisture for more tender results ... and boy does it!!! You just have to register for one! Ok, ladies ... want to make your husband-to-be feel special?? Does he love to bbq?? Then you need a Steel Grill Griddle. We love to use this for grilling asparagus, fajitas, assorted veggies, etc, etc!!!! Mmmmm, makes me want summer to come quickly!! You are going to need a sturdy surface to cut on with your new knife set ... and I especially love the Boos Walnut Carving Board from Williams-Sonoma because it's pretty and durable. I also love that it has a deepened edge to catch pieces that may try and escape ... keeps your counter much more friendly and free of mess :)

In addition to the 10 registry items I just shared, I also love their new line called Open Kitchen ... I chose 3 items from that collection to share below. They are the Soup Plates, the Beechwood Pasta Fork, and the Tumblers ... such great additions to any wedding registry!

All in all, Williams-Sonoma offers amazing items for your kitchen and home ... it's the perfect addition to your wedding registry shop list and they have a super easy online registry program!! Check it out by clicking here to see if it's a good fit for you and your fiance!
