We organised a proper family day out for A, who is so into planes at the moment. So last weekend, we headed off, wrapped up with a picnic in tow to the Duxford air show.

We had such a lovely day, get got a little wet, we shouted a fair bit (it was a tad noisy at times) and generally chilled out. A had the best time and it was nice to do something different.

I have to say the Red Arrows at the end of the day were my highlight, it was a proud moment :-)

 

 

I think that will be our last summer day out until next year. I am so pleased with all the things we have done this summer, I think I ticked quite a few things off from my list. Now I am excited for autumn, knit wear, orange leaves, golden sunlight and cosy evenings :-) Do you have any autumnal plans or fun things to do?
