The new collection from Wedding in A Teacup

Happy Friday ladies!  You all know that for me it’s the pretty little details that really make your day unique, so it’s no surprise I’m always on the hunt for independent suppliers who can provide all those final touches.  I first discovered Wedding in a Teacup two years ago, when owner and designer Hester launched her online wedding boutique to provide brides with a range of goodies that, in her words, matched her exacting tastes!  For brides, like Hester, who dream of fun, original and creative wedding details, Wedding in a Teacup is your haven.  Over the past two years, the range of goodies available has grown massively.  Today I’m thrilled to launch the new collection on b.loved and let Hester tell you all about some of her favourite new products!

And as a special treat, b.loved brides will get 10% off at the checkout until the 30th September 2013 with the code BLOVED10.

We’re thrilled to introduce our new collection, the biggest and most various yet! At Wedding in a Teacup, we’re proud of our growing Get Creative section, where brides can buy a wide range of goodies and find advice to create their own unique favours and decorations. We rate the small things – tapes, stickers, stamps – because we think the divine is in the detail! We’ve sourced some truly romantic washi-style paper tapes, in a travel-themed and a French-Ephemera style – pen nibs, fob watches and elegant chairs jostle fancifully with French script, all in lovely faded colours that glow together. We’ve also found the tiniest, cutest Vintage-Picture Stamps – they add gorgeousness anywhere! And our Colourful Retro Letter & Number Stickers have a myriad of bright uses.  A big fanfare for our Name-Plate Brown Goody Bags, as well – there’s something about that creamy, scalloped space that has us itching to add a name to it ….

We’re delighted, too, to introduce some brand new lines to our site. After a long search through some very tacky groom’s cufflinks (!!), we’ve unearthed some perfect, handcrafted wooden cufflinks – ‘I do – Me too’ – stylish, quirky, and quality. Plus we’ve sourced our very first book – a wonderful Fortune-Telling Book for Brides. It’s a lovely keepsake and will make for lively chat at the hen-do! Talking of which, we’ve designed our very own  “Hen-Do Survival Kit’  cotton pouch.  Packed with treats and remedies, it sets the tone for a truly special hen event …..

We’ve expanded our jewellery section with four pretty and original additions. With our exclusive Teacup range, we take great care to get the presentation box and the message just right. We’re particularly in love with the Flower Girl cupcake pendant (watch this space for our new ‘Little Ones at Weddings’ section, coming soon!) and the beautifully detailed honey-bee necklace for your bridesmaids, with that fun retro saying ‘you’re the bees’ knees ….’  on its card.

Bees also buzz into the site with a new ‘Meant to Bee’ Personalised Seed Packet Favour, containing bee-friendly wildflower seeds. This has to be one of my favourites in our new collection; not only am I proud of our personalized products (seeing your names linked in ink is always exciting!), I’m passionate about bees and the need to help them flourish! There’s a ‘Some Like it Hot’ personalised jalapeno pepper seed-packet favour too, and still on the green and growing theme, new ‘Let the Love Grow’ personalised labels to affix to little pot plants or boxes of bulbs to make unique and lovely favours.  We’ve also designed a romantic new Lovebirds Personalized Wedding Day Print. If you get invited to a wedding with one of our Lovebirds or Free as a Bird invitations – this poster adorned with all that couple’s wedding details will be a sure-fire hit!

There’s so much more new to the site, too much to write about here  … tiny wooden pegs and lucky sixpences, soft-metallic straws and extravagant photo-albums, adorable little flower-power owls and swallows – do please visit Wedding in a Teacup to see them all and let us know what you think!
