We really, really lucked out when Bikini Birdie sent this incredibly beautiful destination wedding in Formentera our way. Gioia is originally from Italy and Justin from New Zealand and together with their two daughters, they planned this perfect celebration on one of Spain’s most idyllic islands from their home in London. Their wedding was completely chilled out and relaxed, so good in fact that Gioia has gone ahead and booked a big party for her 35th birthday there in 2016. As for the photographs, well we can’t stop looking at them and we are pretty sure that you won’t be able to either. Hardly surprising when the lady behind the lens is the talented Megan of Bikini Birdie! Prepared to be swept away by the blues of the ocean and if that’s not enough, wait until you see the car. FAB.

Gioia and Justin met when Gioia was waitressing in wagamama and for about two years, he kept coming back into the restaurant every weekend. He finally asked her out and Gioia said yes but wanting him to sweat a little bit, she insisted on taking his number and not sharing hers! Rock forward 6 and a half years later, the couple managed to move in together after Gioia finished her degree in Uni and with a baby by their side, they decided it was a good time to start planning a wedding.
