Jennifer Garner might be happily married to Ben Affleck now, but before she met her husband of seven years, Garner was in a five-year relationship with actor Scott Foley.

The former co-stars met on the set of "Felicity" in 1998 and tied the knot in October 2000. After almost three years of marriage, Garner filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. The settlement was finalized in March 2004, a few months before she began dating Affleck.

In the September issue of Allure, Garner opens up about her divorce from Foley, admitting they "didn't have a shot."

"Oh, he's a great guy. We were full-on grown-ups, but looking back I'm aware we did not know what hit us," she explains to Allure, adding, "We didn't have a shot. He's a really good guy, and we just imploded."

Now, Garner, 41, is mom to three kids with Affleck -- Violet, 7, Seraphina, 4, and Samuel, 1 -- and Foley, also 41, married actress Marika Domińczyk. They have a 3-year-old daughter.
