I can’t actually believe it but this time next week I’ll be in Texas! Although I’m not really looking forward to the heat, I have been enjoying shopping for new maxi dresses for the occasion and, of course, I can’t wait to meet all the new Blogcadettes!

In other news I got my tattoo rework finished yesterday. IT LOOKS SO GOOD (well, it’ll look a lot better when it’s healed) but woooo! I have a rainbow on my shoulder. I’m so happy! I put off having these reworks for so long (I basically didn’t want to admit that there were parts of my sleeve that I really didn’t like) but I’m so over the moon that I bit the bullet and finally went ahead with it. Leah Moule is an actual genius. If you’re looking for an artist to do some bright and colourful work on your bod be sure to check her out (be sure to tell her I sent you!)

So how has your week been? You’ll have to excuse me, I’m now off to pack up my cowboy boots and to start practising my Southern drawl…
