London Life – Spa Advice from Sabrina Lily (Week 4)

London Life – Spa Advice from Sabrina Lily (Week 4)

This week it’s all about pampering, a festival wedding is one of the best ways to have a fun, bright and chilled wedding. There is no room for a bridezilla moment! If you are getting upset over your decorations and whether to put your parents in a tent or let them sleep in actual hotel it’s time to take a time out.

I headed over to The Spa in Dolphin Square, Pimlico. The spa is inspired by a Moroccan Hammam with an authentic Rhassoul and Salt Infused Steam Rooms.

The spa itself feels like a little secret in Pimlico, I was shown to luxury changing rooms and given a very cosy dressing gown to wander around in. I was early for my treatment so sipped mint tea in their chill out area and secluded courtyard. I opted to have a 1 hour aromatherapy massage – I was given some Aromatherapy Associate oils to smell so my therapist could determine which the best one for me was.

An hour later and I was in a total trance, I definitely could have had a great mid-morning nap if I was left to my own devises. I changed back into my robe, and was led to an area with marble beds and drapes everywhere – the beds were warm, so I continued my morning of relaxation and enjoyed some more tea!

At the moment the spa have some amazing summer offers if you fancy a spa day with a friend! The therapists are extremely helpful, I just need to find an excuse to go back!

Next week you will see what happens when I have had a Festival Wedding Hair Make-Over, courtesy of Headmasters in Mayfair!
